MICROWAVES
We use commercial de-greaser to ensure removal of all food and residue on the roof and sides,back and floor of unit. Glass turntables are placed in our specialist dip tank to thoroughly remove all all baked-on food residue. We clean interior and exterior. Finally we polish the exterior of the microwave.
FRIDGES AND FREEZERS
We use high-spec commercial steam-cleaning equipment to ensure a thorough cleaning process,and enable much quicker defrost/cleaning. We defrost,then dry, then steam-clean all interior surfaces and compartments of unit to sanitise. We alsosteam clean the the interior door panels and all rubber seals on the door/frame surround. If required we will also remove food, and store in our chiller containers whilst work is carried out, and replace afterwards.
DISHWASHERS
We steam-clean the interior of dishwasher,as well as the rubber door seals on the door/frame to ensure all food residue/debris is thoroughly removed. We then dry and steam-clean again to sanitise.
BBQS
Chrome grill/racks etc are placed in the custom-built dipping tank in our vehicle to remove grease,fat and burnt-on carbon. We then steam clean the internal base and lid of the BBQ to remove further carbon grease and fat.
